Worked as General Manager - Operations with Genetix Biotech Asia Pvt Ltd for about 16 years. Handled about 150 employees (11 Phds and about 40 Masters in Biotech) and 50 dealers at a time. Resigned recently to start my own distribution operations in Biotech Consumables supply business in India. Well versed with all business functions and how to build a multi million $ organisation from the start up stage.
