About Us:

"Li StarFish" was founded in 1997 by Dr. Lino Martone and Mrs. Laura Dal Borgo, in order to distribute the innovative DNA probes obtained in the laboratory of Prof. Jeffrey Trent at the N.I.H. in Bethesda, Maryland. These reagents are used in the method of Cytogenetics called FISH (Fluorescent In-Situ Hybridization).

Then, taking advantage of technical and commercial staff qualified (with previous work experience in multinational companies) and acquiring the exclusive representatives of major American and European companies such as Jackson ImmunoResearch Laboratories Inc., Epitope Diagnostics Inc., Wak-Chemie GmbH, Hypromatrix Inc., ACRIS GmbH, Intron Bio, Ademtech, Oz Biosciences, Bio-X, etc.. the product ranges has been greatly expanded and find application in the following disciplines:
