The Oriental Science & Technology Development Co., LTD(OSTC) was found in 1988. It is a subsidiary of The Oriental Scientific Instruments Import & Export Co., LTD(OSIC). Chinese Academy of Science (CAS) is dominant shareholder of OSIC.
