LABEX is a medium sized business situated in the centre of Johannesburg that has been in service for the past 30 years.

LABEX has access to over 20 agencies and distributors not only to end users but is also a supplier to a great number of sub suppliers. LABEX has created a dealer network for more than 20 dealers distributing and promoting their world class and innovative products.

* LABEX was established in 1979 by Willie Proost, who developed the business and handed it over to the forward thinker Mandy Proost 1995, who since then has increased product distribution and dealer networks and LABEX branches through outbound sales, internal sales and missionary selling.

LABEX has since then been under the leadership of Mandy Proost, who has made Labex established as one of the leading laboratory suppliers that is customer service orientated. Mandy’s energy and ‘service orientation for clients” increased a data base of more than 3,800 active LABEX clients- to whom LABEX supplies and offers service and maintenance

Labex is driven by a proactive and innovative management, obsessed with quality that has diversified the product list with a list of niche brands with world wide quality standards. LABEX has been awarded sole agency of BIOER products which includes PCR machines and Thermocyclers. At the moment LABEX is the leading supplier of Ultra low freezers in the industry.
