UNI-CHEM was founded in 1997, 34 employees, all with background in pharmaceutical, chemical or medical sales, with international experience, all of them at least bilingual.

core business is import, sales, marketing and distribution of laboratory supplies and fine chemicals, and the company is accordingly organized in five departments:

- Laboratory Supply - we cooperate with all laboratories (industrial, medical, research and monitoring) on supply of reagents, fine chemicals, small equipment and glassware.
- Medical Supply - we supply healthcare with diagnostic instruments, kits, reagents, laboratory supplies and disinfectants.
- Pharmaceutical Industry Supply - we cooperate with pharmaceutical companies on supply of active pharmaceutical ingredients, fine chemicals, laboratory supplies, licensing arrangements and regulatory support.
- Logistics - purchase, import, warehousing and deliveries
- Finance – invoicing, collection, payments and book-keeping

UNI-CHEM is maintaining a Quality Management System, according to the requirements of the European ISO 9001 standard requirements. All our activities are executed in accordance with international Good Distribution Practice guidelines ( GDP).
