This department is responsible for the installation and operation along with technical support, this department is supporting the sales team with the customer needs and this was a key factor for our success in our sales process. Our services department is one of the most impartment department with 12 service engineers and 3 technicians with big experiences. And they were trained in the best training facilities of the companies that we represent in Iraq because our policy is to offer our service staff the maximum knowledge base they can get.

This department is consisting of 3 professional experts in different fields of science with PhD & Ms.c degree and their job is to provide applications training courses to our customers, and they also help the customers to choose the suitable instrument for their applications.
