In 2012, the LLC “Vseukrainsky Naukovy Institute of Selection (VNIS)” opened diagnostic center for agro-industry – LLC “AGROGEN.” The company was founded by leading experts of Kyiv and Kharkov in plant pathology, breeding, genetics, and molecular genetics.

We offer a wide range of analyzes using biochemical and molecular methods that will ensure control quality of plant products, branded supplies of seed and planting material, timely and highly specific diagnostics of pathogens and plant seeds, pest monitoring crop conditions and storage of agricultural products.

We also conduct diagnostics of infectious animal diseases.

The main diagnostic methods of our center are the polymerase chain reaction (PCR), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and immunochromatography (IHA).

The company is involved in research projects in the field of plant breeding and mapping of genomes Genosystematics crops.
