Growth and expansion
In 1993 BioConcept added a brand new cell and tissue culture manufacturing facility in Basel to its activities. BioConcept’s tissue culture media is sold under the Amimed® Product brand. BioConcept is present worldwide with all kinds of customer designed sterile liquids and TC specialities.

Recognizing that the rapid advances in cell biology requires a service partner offering more than a catalogue listing standard media, BioConcept constructed a 2000m2 manufacturing facility to provide the research community with a high quality supply of specialist cell and tissue culture media. Customer designed medium is the specialty of our activities. Our strength is the manufacturing of sterile media.
