Provision Kinetics is a company that produces and markets chromogenic heparin test kits, specifically the Kinetichrome line of Anti-IIa and Anti-Xa activity kits. These kits are designed for heparin and low molecular weight heparin potency measurements in industrial, research, and pharmacopeial test applications. The company's products are used by companies involved in the research, development, and manufacture of heparin, low molecular weight heparin, and medical devices. Provision Kinetics also offers the Verachrom line of bulk heparin testing reagents. Provision Kinetics was founded in 2009 as a spin-off of our sister company, BioCascade Incorporated (www.biocascade.com), with the mission to offer customers high-quality heparin test kits and related products. Our Kinetichrome™ Anti-IIa and Anti-Xa heparin test kits were the first commercial kits specifically designed and optimized for use in buffer or saline, rather than plasma. We continue to develop and offer additional reagent and product lines which anticipate emerging needs in the anticoagulant and antithrombotic research, development, and manufacturing sectors.
